Yes. A maximum of 3 people per media outlet. Please note that completing the request does not guarantee that everyone included in your request will be approved; you will be informed by email if any adjustment is needed.

Yes. We understand that your staff availability may vary, so the same people do not have to attend every day; you can assign different reporters or photographers for each date as needed.

To keep the process organized, once the request has been submitted it is not possible to make changes in the system. Please carefully review that your team’s names, emails, and roles are written correctly before clicking submit.

No. The forms are only a tool to request accreditation, and accredited outlets will be confirmed later by email.

We will accept ONLY Google Drive folders that include the supporting evidence (this can be a Word or Excel document with links, depending on your preference). If you are unsure how to create a Google Drive folder, you can review this brief guide .

We will not accept requests from anyone who sends supporting evidence in any way other than inside their folder.

Remember that the link must be PUBLIC; otherwise we will not be able to access it and the request cannot be considered. You can continue updating it with new recent supporting evidence.

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered in your request.

We will also inform you by email if your outlet’s request was denied. Please also keep an eye on your spam folder.

No. When you receive your accreditation on site on the event day, you will be informed whether your outlet was approved for Photopass.

Yes. To access the barricade, you must present your accreditation, your Photopass, and your professional equipment. If any instructions change, we will let you know at the appropriate time. If you did not receive a Photopass, do not worry; you can capture your shots from the general area without any problem.

Yes. With your accreditation you may bring photography equipment into the FIFA Fan Festival™ facilities and the press area. Photopass is only required to access the barricades.
