Maximum 3 accreditations per outlet

  • Before completing your request, we suggest reviewing the activity calendar so you can identify the days your outlet is interested in covering. You may request accreditation for one, several, or all dates.
  • If your accreditation is approved, it will give you access to the Press Room, where you will have a work area with internet, an ethernet station, hydration, and press conferences, among other services.
  • Please remember that access to the general FIFA Fan Festival™ area is free and open.
  • After completing your accreditation request, you must wait to receive a response by email at the address you registered in your request.
  • If, after receiving your accreditation confirmation, you are unable to attend one or more of the requested coverage dates, you must notify us in advance so your accreditation for later dates is not affected.

Frequently asked questions

Who should complete my outlet's request?

The request must be completed by the person responsible for coverage, who will also be responsible for the proper use of the accreditations if approved. Depending on the outlet type, this may be the director, editor, producer, scheduler, etc., and they must always provide all contact details requested in the form.

What is the deadline to submit accreditation requests for each day of the FIFA Fan Festival™?

Up to 72 hours before the date you are interested in covering.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can register per outlet for each day of the FIFA Fan Festival™?

Yes. A maximum of 3 people per media outlet. Please note that completing the request does not guarantee that everyone included in your request will be approved; you will be informed by email if any adjustment is needed.

Can I register different people from my team for each day of the FIFA Fan Festival™?

Yes. We understand that your staff availability may vary, so the same people do not have to attend every day; you can assign different reporters or photographers for each date as needed.

Can I make changes (names or roles) once the form has been submitted?

To keep the process organized, once the request has been submitted it is not possible to make changes in the system. Please carefully review that your team’s names, emails, and roles are written correctly before clicking submit.

Does completing a request guarantee accreditation for the FIFA Fan Festival™?

No. The forms are only a tool to request accreditation, and accredited outlets will be confirmed later by email.

How should I submit my outlet’s supporting evidence?

We will accept ONLY Google Drive folders that include the supporting evidence (this can be a Word or Excel document with links, depending on your preference). If you are unsure how to create a Google Drive folder, you can review this brief guide .

We will not accept requests from anyone who sends supporting evidence in any way other than inside their folder.

Remember that the link must be PUBLIC; otherwise we will not be able to access it and the request cannot be considered. You can continue updating it with new recent supporting evidence.

How will I know if my accreditation request has been registered correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered in your request.

How will I know if my accreditation request was not approved?

We will also inform you by email if your outlet’s request was denied. Please also keep an eye on your spam folder.

Does my accreditation automatically include Photopass (barricade access)?

No. When you receive your accreditation on site on the event day, you will be informed whether your outlet was approved for Photopass.

Will there be barricade access every day of the FIFA Fan Festival™?

Yes. To access the barricade, you must present your accreditation, your Photopass, and your professional equipment. If any instructions change, we will let you know at the appropriate time. If you did not receive a Photopass, do not worry; you can capture your shots from the general area without any problem.

With my accreditation, can I bring in photography equipment even if I do not have a Photopass?

Yes. With your accreditation you may bring photography equipment into the FIFA Fan Festival™ facilities and the press area. Photopass is only required to access the barricades.

Is press access only for adults?

Yes.
